This 6.18 acre brownfield site was purchased in January 2014. It is a historic landmark property within the City of Bath and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Historically used as a junior school by The Girls’ Day School Trust, the school relocated to their new more suitable premises in the Summer of 2013. Square Bay gained consent for 58 houses and apartments in February 2015.
