Square Bay completed on the unconditional purchase of this 55 acre site in March 2015. The site was predominantly in agricultural use but had an allocation for 250 residential dwellings. The site is situated on the north western edge of Westbury, approximately 0.6miles from the town centre and immediately to the south of Westbury railway station.

We obtained planning consent for 300 residential dwellings in 2015 and the site is being developed by Linden Homes.
